WILLIAM LOPEMAN, a former resident of this city, was found dead under the bridge across Logan street at Bellaire this morning. There was a bullet hole in the side of his head and about 100 yards away a revolver was found. It is not yet known whether it is a case of murder or suicide. Deceased was a bout 25 years of age and lived with his mother in Bellaire. He was a son of the late Gabriel Lopeman, who lived here, and also a nephew of ex-council William Wells, of this city.
