OLIVER ELLIS DUNGAN, 72, life-long resident of Mt. Pleasant, died suddenly of a heart attack Monday at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Lucille Jennings, in Scio. He had for many years been employed at the Dunglen mine of the Hanna Coal Company as a carpenter. He was a life-long member of the Methodist church and I. O. O. F. Lodge. Surviving are four children, Mrs. Jennings, Mrs. Leora Rinkets, New Athens, Mrs. Margaret Reid, Miami, Florida, and Pvt. Ellis D. Dungan, U. S. Army in Louisiana, also two brothers, James and Charles Dungan, and six grandchildren. The body will be taken on Wednesday afternoon to the home of Mr. and Mrs. Addison Humphreyville in Mt.
