MRS. JANE TAYLOR, On Monday, April 3d, the remains of Mrs. Jane Taylor, an old and much loved and respected lady of Mooretown, were laid to rest here. She was 82 years of age and was the mother R. W. Taylor; of the Knoxville road, near Steubenville, S. B. and Alex. F. Taylor, of Toronto, Mrs. A. W. Elliott and Mrs. Charles Montgomery, of Mt. Zion congregation and Etta W. Watson and John Taylor, still on the old homestead. For sixty-four years this mother has enjoyed the same home and the fellowship and social communion of all neighbors and friends, and in her departure the family has the sympathy of all who know them. Mrs. Taylor's maiden name was Henderson. She was a most exemplary mother, and has stamped her character and life on all her family. During her life she was one of the moulders of christian forebearance and citizenship in the neighborhood. Revs. Jones, Loyd and Leeper conducted the servies.
