JULIA CUNNINGHAM, sister Philumena of the Order of St. Doninic, formerly known as Miss Julia Cunningham of this city, died Tuesday at St. Mary's of The Springs Academy, Columbus, after a lingering illness for some years. The deceased was a very bright and exemplary young lady of St. Peter's congregation, who gave up the world to become a Nun. She graduated from St. Peter's High School in 1881 and shortly after entered the Sisterhood. She was a most successful teacher in the Parochial schools Zanesville and at the Academy of St. Mary's of the Springs where the early close of her beautiful life is sadly regretted.
