CLYDE VICTOR SPICER, who has been a conductor and an employe of the Panhandle railroad for seventeen years, died on Monday at 11:30 a.m. at Ohio Valley hospital, following an illness of five months. He was born June 16, 1896, at Dresden, Ohio. His parents, John C. and Mary Pritchard Spicer, are deceased. He was married to Mary Latimer, who survives, with these children: Elnora, Mary J., Dolores, Wayne, John and Stephen. One brother and three sisters survive: Harry of Hollidays Cove, Mrs. Homer Fountain of Coensville, Mrs. Paul Miller of Zanesville, Mrs. William Barton of Plymouth, California.
