CATHARINE ANN LIPPERT SPINDLER, 702 North Seventh street, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Otto Stenberg at Toledo on Saturday at 4:55 p.m., after an illness of three months. She was visiting at her daughter's home all through her illness. Her body was brought to her home here. She was born in Tangier, Nova Scotia, and was 70 years of age on January 14, 1933. Her parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Mason are deceased. Her first marriage was to Adam Lippert, who died 34 years ago. She next married Adolph Spindler who is deceased. These children survive, John J. Lippert and Fred M. Spindler of Steubenville; Adam H. Lippert of Follansbee; Mrs. Otto Stenberg of Toledo; a sister, Mrs. Kenneth Forbes of New Glasgow, Nova Scotia; three grandchildren, Edna May Malusky; George F., and John R. Stenberg. She was a devout member of St. Peter's church. During her fifty years residence here she made many friends and these all unite in extending sympathy to the family in hours of sorrow.
