MRS. ABIGAIL BICKERSTAFF, aged 78 years, an esteemed resident of this city, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Charles Schultz, of 121 Logan street at 3 p.m. Monday, May 31. Death was caused by stomach trouble. The deceased had been ailing for three months. SHe was born in Unionport and had spent the greater portion of her life in Steubenville. She was a devout member of the Finley M. E. church. SHe was united in marriage to Enoch Bickerstaff during her girlhood and he has been deceased for ten years. The following children survive: Daniel, George, Joseph and Mrs. Charles Schultz of Steubenville, and Mrs. John Elwood of Mineral Ridge, Ohio.
